Bumps & Babies is our dedicated pre and postnatal Reformer Pilates class, created to support you through pregnancy and into motherhood with safe, effective, and confidence-building movement.
These sessions are gentle yet purposeful, focusing on strength, stability, and wellbeing while respecting the changing needs of your body. Classes take place in our calm countryside studio in Great Bromley, Essex, welcoming parents from Colchester, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
Pre-walking babies are warmly welcomed, allowing you to nurture your own health while staying close to your little one.
